GM Office
- Formulate the company’s business strategy, set operational goals, and monitor and evaluate the execution and performance of operational objectives.
- Establish the functions and authorities of various departments of the company, the establishment and promotion of project plans, and the appointment of departments and project leaders.
- Integrate, coordinate, and support the business promotion of each department and the implementation of the project.
Auditing
- Auditing and inspecting the soundness, rationality and effectiveness of the company’s internal control system and management system, and then providing suggestions for improvement to ensure the safety of the company’s operations.
- Investigate and evaluate the progress and efficiency of each unit in implementing various plans or policies.
- Tracking and reviewing the implementation and abnormal improvement of routine audit operations.
Sales
- Coordinate with company policies and objectives to formulate performance and profit targets.
